Your order will normally leave our warehouse on the next working day after you place your order or earlier. For example, if you place your order on Friday night, we will dispatch your parcel from our warehouse on the following Monday.
We ship out your order Via DHL, Fedex, Aramex and other Private shipping companies. Which allows us to send you a tracking #Number to track and monitor your goods online as soon as we dispatch from any of our warehouse.
You can view the status of your order and track it in ‘Order History’ in the ‘My Account’ section. Or kindly contact us to find status of your order dispatch. Please allow 3-7 working days for delivery after it has left our warehouse.
Your order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer and requires a signature, so if for any reason no one is home to receive it, the courier will leave a card with specific information about your delivery and how to either pick up your parcel.
This cut-off time is only a guide, and doesn’t take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization, so please remember to order as early as you can.
