Requirements for a valid return
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order/purchase, you are required to contact Trading Networks LLC by E-mail within 2 days of item delivery and product returned within 30 days of delivery. Refund or replacement of product will be processed once returned item meets the following criteria:

- It is within Thirty (30) days from the delivery date.
- The item must be in it’s shipped condition.
- The item is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (Including manuals, warranty cards, tags etc.) .
- If the item came with a free promotional item, the free item must also be returned.
- It is accompanied by a completed RETURN FORM.
- Item Qualifies as a defective product (Please see explanation about defective products below).
- Wrong Item was delivered.
Note: All returned items not accompanied by a completed paper copy of our return form will be automatically declined and sent back.
How to return
- Contact Trading Networks by sending an E-mail to [email protected] to notify for return. Please state your order number, the item(s) you would like to return, the reason (see below) and your preference in regards to replacement or refund. In case of refund, kindly indicate your full bank details.
- Trading Networks will give you the necessary details to send the items using the same means it was delivered to the customer.
- Upon arrival in our warehouse, we will conduct a quality check of the item. If a return is invalid, we will notify you and send the items back to you.
- After this check, we will proceed with the refund or replacement.
Note that we cannot accept returns for defective items after 30 days since delivery. Should you detect any defect with the product and the time frame for returns has elapsed, please contact the manufacturer directly to handle any warranty issues. You can of course still contact us to help you find the right service center.
